  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless a prepaid package or membership applies.
  • Accepted payment methods are determined by SKM MedSpa.
 
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the required notice period stated at booking.
  • Failure to cancel within the required time or failure to show for an appointment may result in a forfeited deposit or no-show fee.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
 
6. Packages, Memberships & Promotions
  • Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Expiration dates apply to packages and promotions.
 
7. Client Conduct
 
We maintain a professional, respectful, and safe environment. SKM MedSpa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.Harassment, intoxication, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
 
8. Consent Forms & Liability

All clients are required to complete and sign applicable consent forms prior to treatment.
