Refund Policy

At SKM MedSpa, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic and wellness services. Due to the nature of our services and products, the following refund policy applies.

Refund Policy - the basics

  • All services are non-refundable once rendered, including but not limited to aesthetic treatments, laser services, injectables, and wellness services.

  • Results vary by individual, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

  • Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund once a service has been performed.

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure appointments.

  • Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled outside of the required notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged in full or result in loss of deposit.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

 
Packages & Memberships

  • Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Unused services within a package or membership are forfeited upon expiration.

  • Membership fees are not refundable once billed.

 
Retail Products

  • All skincare and retail product sales are final.

  • Products may only be exchanged if defective and reported within 7 days of purchase, with original receipt.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

 
Promotions & Gift Cards

  • Promotional services, discounted treatments, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 
Medical Considerations

  • Refunds will not be issued for services declined due to undisclosed medical conditions or contraindications.

  • Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history prior to treatment.

Chargebacks

  • Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of booking privileges.

  • We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve concerns.
