Cancellation Policy
At SKM MedSpa, appointments are reserved exclusively for you and our licensed providers. To ensure fairness, efficiency, and the highest level of service for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced. ⸻ Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service cost. • Packages, promotions, memberships, and prepaid services are non-refundable.
